Ovenbird is your neighborhood Bistro and Third-wave craft coffee shop. We cherish the beauty of doing things the old-fashioned way - by hand, from scratch, and with quality ingredients. We respect our food and feel that everything consumed in our space should be made in our space. We believe people should know where their food comes from, and the people who made it. Most importantly, we stand by the firm belief that you should be able to have a fabulous breakfast and an equally great cup of coffee in the same place - and you shouldn’t have to pay $20 for parking to enjoy it, either!

The passion project of Owner and Executive Chef Sarah Koslosky, Ovenbird is a celebration of her Lithuanian Heritage in her Texas home - she calls her fusion “Tex-Baltic” and her unique style blends innovative thought with firm roots in history and tradition.

Through collaboration and the dynamic energy of our team, Ovenbird is always pushing to provide the best possible experience for our guests. From our local partnership with Figure 8 Coffee to sourcing ingredients from Texas farms, our focus is on an ever-changing seasonal experience, with fresh quality food and drinks presented in an inclusive and friendly space.
